Most people are aware that Bihler machines combine the strengths of stamping, Bihler, and assembly technology to develop a high-performance automated solution for the efficient production of highly complex stamped and bent parts. However, the desire for high productivity and maximum flexibility is usually opposed by one problem in particular: the need to produce large quantities. However, smaller quantities are sometimes needed to test products or react dynamically to requirements. That is why we have developed a process in-house that enables us to maintain a cost-effective price-performance ratio even for small batch series.
